Since the price change in July my smart meter has not updated to show the new tariff rates and standing charges. 

What can I do about this as as one of the main reasons for having a smart meter surely is to have accurate pricing information on hand?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Easy fix! Simply use Live Chat at https://help.ovoenergy.com and you can ask the Support Team to run the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration. :)
