Hello, I have been living in this flat for a couple of months and so far there have been no issues with the smart meter and the IHD until this long weekend.

I have a Landis+Gyr E470 SMETS2 and a Geo IHD here. They look exactly like the pictures here (without the gas meter):

A few days ago I noticed the clock on the IHD became 15-20 minutes slower. Yesterday it showed something like “no data” so I power cycled the IHD and then it is stuck with connecting to the meter. It is reporting the 22-0 and 28-2 codes when I check the status.

I checked the comms hub and the SW, WAN and HAN lights are flashing every 5 seconds but OVO is not receiving the reads and is asking me to manually enter them.

May I know is there anything I can do on my side before reaching the support? Thank you!

Hi @lm144 , there are a few other reports of missing data (and IHD connection) over the weekend. 
 

If you’ve already done a reset on your IHD then best leave it for now and wait to see if things get back to normal

Unfortunately the problem is not going away after power cycling the IHD multiple times over three days and moving the IHD closer to the smart meter.

I reached customer support and they tried to probe my smart meter. The communication link to the smart meter is working fine according to them. They are going to send me a new IHD and hope that will work.
