Hello, I have been living in this flat for a couple of months and so far there have been no issues with the smart meter and the IHD until this long weekend.
I have a Landis+Gyr E470 SMETS2 and a Geo IHD here. They look exactly like the pictures here (without the gas meter):
A few days ago I noticed the clock on the IHD became 15-20 minutes slower. Yesterday it showed something like “no data” so I power cycled the IHD and then it is stuck with connecting to the meter. It is reporting the 22-0 and 28-2 codes when I check the status.
I checked the comms hub and the SW, WAN and HAN lights are flashing every 5 seconds but OVO is not receiving the reads and is asking me to manually enter them.
May I know is there anything I can do on my side before reaching the support? Thank you!
