I have a 3-phase 200Amp supply. KVA is 101 and I need to have a CT meter installed. This is for a single house which is using only electricity (no gas). I have EV chargers, heat pumps etc. Can OVO install a CT meter and offer me a domestic tarrif?

OVO is capable of this from what I understand. However, it’d have to be an AMR Meter rather than a Smart Meter. While AMR can automatically submit readings to your account, you won’t have access to fancier features which means you can’t use Time of Use or Type of Use Tariffs. If you’re OK with that, OVO can definitely look to help you out with this one. I’d recommend booking it in over the phone or via live chat to discuss your requirements as the online portal won’t work.
Hi Blastoise186. I did try and speak to OVO yesterday but just couldn’t get through on the phone. I will try again.
I’m not concerned about fancy features but I am keen to get a domestic tariff whereas some of the other energy suppliers are telling me they can only offer a commercial tariff if I install a CT meter.
Live Chat tends to be faster. And OVO will support CT Meters on a Domestic supply, especially if that’s the only possible meter option permitted by the DNO for your use case.
