had 2 new smet 2 meters fitted on 28/08/24 electric showing but not had been 4 days now still not showing gas can you tell me why it is a chameleons

Four days isn’t a long time in this situation - it might take weeks for everything to settle down, but not usually more than six. It’s admittedly getting on a bit, but apart from minor details, it’s still a good guide to what to expect.
Bottom line - be patient. If things don’t improve in the next few weeks, contact Support.
