Please could you give a bit more information as to what the emails are for? And what the links are for that you can’t access? Could you maybe send a screenshot of one of the emails?
Hi. They are for a solar assessment for battery charging at 10p. Link is in the google form you need to fill in when you say ovo didn't install your pre existing system.
@Jequinlan is this during the Battery Boost sign up journey, at the point where you say OVO didn’t install your solar panels, and this link appears:
if you’re clicking that link, it won’t work due to the fact you already have solar panels. The link is for having panels installed by OVO. When you’re on the form, you just need to keep clicking through and then finally submit it. This will register your interest for Battery Boost, and you’ll be notified once it’s available for your set up. Unfortunately, in your case, Battery Boost is not yet available. A manager in that department has confirmed the following:
Right now, if we didn’t install the solar & battery, the customer cannot get battery boost. We are working on this right now, trying to open up to more customers.
If you continue through the form without clicking the link, then you’ll register your interest and will be contacted as soon as something’s available.
