PAYG meter says no money but there's money in the account?

This morning our electricity supply was cut off. We are on PAYG. Checking into the account , both on website and app, we seen that we still have £10 credit. Checking the meter it shows that we need emergency credit. We toped up with £50, which is showing in the app but not in the meter which is still running on emergency credit. We talk here on chat with someone, we got cut off, we called and after almost 1 hour of talks without nobody knowing what is happening or to fix the problem we cut of as well. We didn't get any email confirmation for the last 3 payments , a total of £150. We simply had enough.

You’ll need to use the UTRN Code to punch the top-up through the meter manually - check the receipt for it.

If that fails: 0330 175 9669.
