Does anyone know what/when the next Power Move/ Shift & Save challenge?
There was a previous post where it was said the same initiative eould be for Oct but we would need to opt into.
I was also told a couple of days ago that the next initiative we would get an email to sign up to but just in case as emails have been a bit inconsistent for some to just keep an eye on the website near end of month to sign up to the next one.

I think I read somewhere that e would be “auto-enrolled” for future challenges unless we opted out.

Underneath the above on the website is an opt in button for the challenge which ive just done.
You need to scroll down below the summer challenge to see the autumn challenge and its for 1 Oct to 31 Dec and in the ts&cs it does say you need to opt in which you can click on now to opt in.
I've just signed up to the new Autumn Power Move it's a bit disappointing that it's only £15 this time around.
Maybe I'm being stupid, but where's the link to sign up on the website? I'm going in circles trying to find it. Maybe it's only offered to select customers?

Website, log in, then on left hand side click on Path to Zero then you will see Rewards with Power move. Sorry just seen you were replying to other post!

£15? I’ve only been offered £10 for hitting 12.5% or less…but I’m a really low user normally in the summer (when the sun shines - solar panels) & the £10 might nearly cover my actual monthly usage so that would be a win compared to the £1 or £2 I got with power move. We’ll see how it goes when the sun doesn’t shine quite as much later in the year!
But…it’s not just for us it’s for the planet so really it’s a win all round .
Ah. Seems I’m a late sign-up to the summer challenge. Maybe I’ll be able to sign up for the Autumn one..? I’ll have a look.

It makes me wonder if it’s for selected customers (although I did participate in the original Power Move).

Power Move is available to all customers with a Smart Meter, and seen as you were part of the original Power Move trial you should definitely be able to take part. I have just done a support webchat, the agent couldn’t help but said that they had escalated the issue to Technical Support.
I am also seeing that same “Oops” error message when following the link in the invitation email that I got this morning.
(I was also contantly getting the same error after being invited to the summer challenge a couple of weeks or so ago, so had just decided to wait for the autumn invite).

I have now managed to enrol for the Autumn Challenge for others seeing the same “Oops” error I did it like this:
Note that was using Firefox browser and not in the OVO app, if you use a different browser on your phone then presumably it should still work.
It would appear to be a technical issue with the Desktop version of the OVO portal not displaying the pages correctly, if you switch to a mobile device then it is available.
EDIT - Just to note that the error shown on the desktop webpage when linking from the email has now been changed, so they are working on it.

I had a support chat a week or two ago for this problem. They said they would escalate to Tech Support but I never heard anything from them. That’s why I turned to this forum for help.
