the tamper light in my prepaid meter is showing orange and can't supply power to my house. What do I do?

In this case, as it’s the weekend I’d strongly recommend calling 105 immediately and asking for assistance. It sounds like the meter is dead and needs to be replaced. Your DNO might be able to help and calling that number will put you straight through to them.

If they’re unable to help, please get in touch with Boost in the morning here if you’re with Boost. If you’re with OVO, try these options. Otherwise if you’re with SSE, ,you’ll want to call SSE instead.
