Basically PZH’s are forum members like yourself, but members who have shown themselves to go that bit further and be particularly helpful to others, and/or to be particularly knowledgable, and/or good at explaining things, so have been recognised and invited to do a bit more - if they want to.

You don’t need to be a Plan Zero Hero to get a ‘Best Answer’, but with all their knowledge and help, they do tend to get a lot of them.
