Boiler service engineer not responding


I have a free boiler service included with my plan.

The engineer sent a text asking me to book. That was two weeks ago and I've called and sent numerous messages but they aren't responding.

I'm very annoyed as I've waited 6 months for the free service.

Can I cancel this part of the plan and be compensated as I will now have to call my regular engineer?

Thank you but I'm really not happy with this.

I've waited since September to hear about an appointment. At the time of taking out the plan, I wasn't informed that there'd be such a long wait over winter. My husband is housebound, disabled and very vulnerable.

I'm left with no option other than to call my regular engineer. 

Who do I make a formal complaint to, please?
