They’re best placed to dig the details. It could just be that the promotor for your event is evil and only releases the tickets two days ahead - it has been known.
OVO is basically just the current brand sponsor/partner of the OVO Arena Wembley - it’s not actually owned or operated by OVO per-se so OVO’s teams can’t assist with this one.
