If you’re on OVO, you’ll want https://www.ovoenergy.com/register-for-priority-services

If you’re on Boost, you’ll want https://www.boostpower.co.uk/register-for-priority-services

If you are currently on Boost Pay As You Go and want to switch to OVO however, you can do so by talking to the Boost Support Team. If you’re already on PSR, then this will make the process a bit easier as that will be factored in - especially if you have a medical need for an electricity supply that’s been declared as part of your PSR registration.

In that case, register for Boost PSR first and then ask their support team to look at moving you to OVO Pay Monthly. That should do the trick - but you’ll want to allow at least a week between both steps.

Hi @Simon Tate ,

I’m not sure what you mean. Please can you clarify a bit?

We are on Boost pay as you go and I hsve just had 5 strokes in the last year and I have had several falls at home. My local help team have provided me with a blow up lifting device that needs constant charging

I am trying to get on the Ovo Priority list. Every time put in my Ovo account number & my post code. they are not accepted  - message oops ?

I am very vulnerable, house bound, in very poor health [various  chronic conditions] which require I keep warm & eating well  , 80 yrs old widow, living on my state pensions. I do not qualify  for universal credits.

I am angry with Ovo who have ignored my messages by phone, email & post over the last 2 months, have cut  down considerably my heating & very cold  frighten as winter is close.

Hello @Jan Goodenough,

Sorry to hear of the issues you’re having.

Does it work if you select that you don’t have an account? That way you won’t need to put in your account number.

You can also add yourself to the OVO Priority Services Register online.

Or

Boost Energy Priority Services Register.

I’m going to get someone to message you, so please keep an eye on your Forum inbox.

I hope this helps.
