On the front page of the Charge Anytime app (for Android here, for Apple here), you’ll be able to see when the car manufacturer last updated us with your charging data.
There’s normally an update when something changes, like the vehicle location or the charger being plugged in/unplugged.
If the Charge Anytime app hasn’t updated since moving or charging, it may be that something has changed. This could be the manufacturer doing a software update, or you’ve changed your password.
To refresh the vehicle details just delete and re-add the car from the Charge Anytime app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Click the icon next to the vehicle.
- Delete the car.
- Click ‘Add a new electric vehicle’.
- Follow the instructions on screen.
