If you have Charge Anytime for your electric vehicle, you’ll get a special import rate for charging. We work out how much of your imported energy was used to charge your vehicle and give you the special rate by adding monthly credit to your account.

You won’t see the credit added onto your account straight away. It gets added onto your account in the first week of the following month.

So for example, if you sign up to Charge Anytime in the later part of June, you’ll get your credit added into July’s credit, and you’ll see it on your online account in the first week of August.

If you’re still not seeing your Charge Anytime credit when you expect to, reach out to our Support team to get this looked into.

Check out the Charge Anytime FAQs or Charge Anytime page for more information.

Hi

I can see my savings in the charge anytime app but I am not getting a credit on my bill. Is theresoome kind of link between the two that is missing.

Thanks

Hiya!

Check with the team. :)

chargeanytime@ovo.com . They’ll be able to dig this one.

Let me know if you have any issues contacting the team @andrewclayton and I’ll give them a nudge 🙂

I registered for Chargeanytime as soon as it was offered. My car shows up correctly in the app but neither my bill nor the app show any savings. since signing up I just plug my car in but don’t press the start charge button and it’s always charged when I return. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @PhilRy,

I’m sorry to hear this.

It may be worth reaching out the Charge Anytime team so they can look into this further for you. They can be contacted on chargeanytime@ovo.com or 0330 175 9678 option 2.

Hi, Ohme has recently changed my charger under guarantee.  I registered the new charger details in my Ohme app, but my Charge Anytime credit for October only relates to usage before the charger was changed.  I contacted Ovo after the charger was changed on 17th, by chat and e-mail, but it hasn’t made any difference. Is there something else I need to do?

There's a better way to do this. Try 0330 175 9678

Hi @alcon,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble getting in touch.

It seems that our forum volunteer has already given the number for our Charge Anytime team. Have you managed to call the team to get this sorted?
