Urgent charge button not displayed, how can I fix this?

Hello,

Just home with a newly purchased Hyundai IONIQ 5, have set up with the Ovo account etc but don’t seem to be able to find the Urgent charge button which would be handy should it be needed.

Thanks so much everyone for the help and advice re.the Urgent Charge icon.

We unplugged the car this morning and the icon did display so worrying over - for now ! Just got to learn to drive the thing 😜

Very strange. You haven’t downloaded the Charge Anytime app have you? If you have delete it and start again.

We do have the Charge Anytime app but there is no button for Urgent charge, however we are currently charging the car so maybe it only displays before one actually plugs the vehicle in 🤔 looks like it may be ready to go by the end of the week 😜

Gotcha, I don’t think it shows while the vehicle is actively charging, but let me check something and I’ll be right back.

Ok, just checked in with the team.

As far as they know, there shouldn’t ever be a situation where the Urgent Charge button cannot be found or used. If you’re having trouble finding it, they’re happy to help figure that one out if you give them a call on 0330 175 9678.

Our car still charging on slow mode as we have yet to install the EV home charge point (tomorrow crossed )
 Once it’s fully charged and unplugged we’ll check and see if the Urgent Charge icon is then visible otherwise we’ll call the number mentioned in a previous post.
