I have made the switch to OVO and according to the website it says ovo has been supplying me since the 5th April, meter reading all provided so I have done everything my end. As we have EV cars I need to add charge anytime asap as they need charging but because the account hasn’t been setup I’m struggling.
how long does it take before I can add charge anytime, this while process does not seem efficient.

It can take up to six weeks from sign-up before you can set up features like that. Try giving it a bit more time! :)
