Car is 2022 X1 30e hybrid which is on the anytime list.
I have a pod point solo home charger.
The car is set to immediate charge when plugged in
The OVO anytime app is set for car to be charged by 8am
Frequently when the car is plugged in the pod point clicks to a red light indicating a fault.
Also,
Automatically, The car sets itself from immediate charge to a random planned departure date and planned charge period.
The car does not charge.
Is this a compatibility or hardware issue?

Thanks
got in touch with pod point support. Their reply is interesting as had no issue prior to having OVO anytime installed. I’ve removed Anytime account for now to see if the issue disappears.

Thank you for getting in touch.
My name is Panos from the technical support team, I'm here to work with you to get your charger working again.
Within the past 30 days we have identified instances on your supply where the voltage has exceeded 261.0 voltsin many occasions when your car was plugged in and attempt to charge it. Please see the attached graph. This exceeds the highest declared tolerance in the UK which is of 253.0 volts, additionally this may be preventing your Pod Point, and other appliances from functioning correctly.
This is the only issue which has identified so far.
We recommend advising your DNO for further review on your supply, the relevant DNO can be identified on the following website: www.energynetworks.org/operating-the-networks/whos-my-network-operator
When the DNO's representative attends to your property, please perform a test charge to your car, check the voltage levels and if you need to contact us further, please reply to this email with the date/time the test was performed and if possible with a written confirmation of DNO stating your property's voltage levels.
In the event that you are not able to charge your vehicle due to the error, we suggest that you use a 3 pin plug cable at home as a temporary and alternative solution.

Pod Point is listed but not compatible unless your EV is. Current chargers listed (for use with any EV)
It implies that pod point solo 3 for home is when you go through checks as non ovo customer, I know it does because I went through these checks before I switched very recently and also spoke to customer service as wasn't going to change supplier if wasn't and was only told my car and charger were both compatible only finding out when joined was different.
