i was just wondering if i have it plugged in and on a schedule to charge, what if i need to use my car before the scheduled charge has finished, do i just unplug or do i need to cancel through the app first?

Hi @thecakemuncher,

If you need to unplug mid-session, you may do so. Please end the session via your EV or Charger as normal. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend you don’t just yank the cable out without properly ending the charge session first!

Hope this helps.

Hello @thecakemuncher,

Just in case you try charging before reading the manual it is fairly normal for the plug to lock in and you won’t be able to pull it out. Just imagine the arc you would draw if it was a high speed charger. On my car the charge will stop and the plug lock release when the car is unlocked or if already unlocked after the car is locked again and then unlocked.
