my new OHME Pro which didn’t ever work is now replaced and working. I have questions 😂
however, I just tried to get charge anytime but it tells me my vehicle isn’t able to work with it MG4 so can’t register with charge anytime!
Q1. Is this right?
I just put my charger on my car and it’s all reacted but says it’s now scheduled. Given me a list from 18:00 on but my MG4 app is not showing it’s charging and I’m confused (easily done 😂)
Q2. Is there something else I need to do?
Im
concerned I’ll get up in morning and it won’t have charged!

From 15 July Ohme chargers will no longer be compatible with Charge Anytime. We’ve recently updated the technology behind Charge Anytime. This is so we can keep making improvements and create new products that reward customers for driving EVs.
It's not been possible to integrate Ohme with this new technology. If you have an Ohme charger you’ll still be able to sign up to Charge Anytime by connecting with an eligible vehicle. We’re constantly looking to open up the eligibility to more EV models so if you don’t see your EV here, keep an eye on our page.
You can see all eligibility details in our Charge Anytime page here.
Hey @LukeTim
From Thursday 22 May 2025 customers signing up to Charge Anytime will no longer be able to onboard with their Ohme charger. This doesn’t affect customers currently onboarded with Ohme and Charge anytime. If you have an Ohme charger and a compatible EV, you’ll be able to sign up to Charge Anytime via your vehicle instead.
To sign up to Charge Anytime you must be an OVO customer and have an eligible car or charger. We’re constantly looking to open up the eligibility to more EV models and chargers - so if you don’t see your tech here, keep an eye on our page.
I’m in a similar boat. Have an MG4, and getting an Ohme Pro installed soon. However, when I try to set up the Charge Anytime app the Ohme Pro is not shown as an option…

Ohme/Indra use a different integration method than other Chargers - the Charge Anytime stuff for Ohme devices is managed via the Ohme app rather than the CA app and for Indra, it’s via the Kaluza web app.
Everything since then uses the CA app, which kinda makes things more slick but the original integrations can’t be migrated now - it’s best to let those run as-is.
