Hey @grafs555Â
I’ll ask internally about this.Â
Â
In the meantime I’ve found this response on another topic. Which might be helpful:

Our tech team has an update. This is the response :Â

Unfortunately Charge Anytime in it’s current state sometimes struggles to connect to Ohme accounts that have been registered using the Google, Facebook or Apple login. In order to register your charger with Charge Anytime, we’d first advise you to delete your account using the following selections on the Ohme app:
Â
Menu button > Settings > Account Details > DELETE ACCOUNT > DELETE We’d then advise waiting about 15 minutes just for all the cogs to finish turning in the Ohme backend systems.
Â
After the 15 minutes are up, from the Ohme app you’ll be able to setup a new account and link your charger using CREATE ACCOUNT > *Sign in with email*, instead of a Google, Facebook or Apple login. When selecting a tariff for the new Ohme account, you can select any of the existing tariffs nested under OVO Energy.
Â
It’s not essential that the unit rate doesn’t match your current tariff, as it will get overwritten anyway once Charge Anytime is successfully applied.Â
Â
Once your account is up and running, we’d advise going through the steps below using a *private* browser window, to ensure that previously used login credentials are used, as this will cause an issue with Charge Anytime registration:
Â
Navigate to mhttps://account.ovoenergy.com/anytime/eligibility ]  in a *private* browser windowÂ
Â
Login to your OVO account and run through the Charge Anytime setup steps.
Â
When prompted to login to Ohme, use your new login credentials and complete the setup steps.
Â
Do not set any custom tariffs on the Ohme app - instead close the Ohme app and reopen to see the Anytime tariff update.

How to get in contact with the Charge Anytime team
I asked the team @grafs555 & they advised:
You might have a different schedule set somewhere other than the Ohme App (in their Tesla app or the charge anytime app). If you have the charge anytime app you need to delete it (as you have Ohme integration instead). When you have no schedules set elsewhere you should be able to just set a Ready By time in the Ohme app and have the car charge by that time. If it doesnt… do reach out to Ohme directly as they can see whats going on in the chargers data. Ohme: 020 3375 1586 help@ohme-ev.com
Thanks for your help. Even though I appear to have deleted my Anytime account, last night Ohme charged as normal using green schedules from OVO. What I’m not sure about is why OVO asked me to delete an Anytime App when I didnt have one and if I will need to re join Anytime to get the 7 p rate.

Hey @grafs555Â
Â
If you have a compatible charger (such as an Indra or Ohme) then you need to link the charger to your OVO online account. You don’t need the additional Charge Anytime app. Ohme have made step by step instructions on how to set up Charge Anytime.
We recommend opening your OVO online account in Google Chrome, and following these steps: (If this doesn’t work the first time please try this using a new ‘Incognito’ window)
Â
- Go to the Offers and Upgrades section.
- Click on the Charge Anytime banner.
- Select the compatible charger that you have (Ohme or Indra).
- It’ll ask you for the username and password to log in to your charger manufacturers’ app.
- This will link your charger to your OVO account and you’ll get a new heading in your OVO account called ‘Your EV’.Â
- You’ll still need to schedule the charging in your charger manufacturers' app. And after you’ve charged, the savings will show in the Your EV section of your online account.
