My car has not charged at home since overnight last 3 days, anytime charge has worked fine for months and I just charge overnight. I have not done anything other than plug it in as normal the previous evening, expecting it to be charged by 07.30 next morning and it’s not charged.  It shows on main dashboard on Ovo charge anytime phone app ‘car unplugged, plug in at home to smart charge’ but it is plugged in, It also does not allow me to charge immediately and when i try it just says pause.
many one have similar issues?

Thanks in advance .

There have been a few instances of users reporting that updates have caused problems with Charge Anytime.
A few tutorials have been posted like this one

but it’s worth going back through the connection. Some have lost ‘location’ as a simple postcode wasn’t accurate enough, others point to an EV firmware or charger update.
It might be worth checking with the team chargeanytime@ovoenergy.com if you can’t sort it

In case someone here can help more, what set up do you have .. charger / EV ?

Hi I have a podpoint solo 3

Ok, depending on your EV, there are some additional pointers.

There’s also other notes about how to use the system with a non-compatible charger.
