I’m trying to go through the EV chargepoint application (jumptech.co.uk) but cannot record the video for the route for the cable from the fusebox to the charger step (step 17 of 20)
I keep refreshing and it requests access to to mic and then auto starts the recording
I’ve tried leaving it to the end of the 60 seconds, pausing and then stopping and just stopping. Nothing appears to work so the “Next” button doesn’t become active and I can move on to the next step
There’s no immediate info on who I can contact at Ovo to resolve this so am unable to submit my application

Sorry to hear about the issues with the jumptech site. I’ve had a look on the website and their contact information can be found here. You can also contact our Charge Anytime team at chargeanytime@ovo.com. It may also be worth trying a different device or browser to see if that works.
