ISSUE 1
I charge a BMW iX at home (managed from my BMW App)
I charge using Eazee-One (using Eazee-One App to lock able at night and authorise the charge so that no unauthorised person can charge while I am away)
I HAVE to use OVO Charge anytime App to set the schedule
Do I really need to use 3 Apps just to charge my car??? What happened to “easy charging with OVO”, especially when one should be able to charge “Anytime”??
ISSUE 2
REGULARLY, I set all 3 APPs up at night to charge to 100% when I have a long journey next morning…. and REGULARLY, I wake up to find that despite having set:
- Charging limits on My BMW App (and to check all is ready)
- Enabled Eazee-One charger (and check all is ready)
- Set accurate settings (Times and Max charging limits) on OVO charge Anytime APP, (even getting the message that “charing will start at 22:00” on the APP),
and yet when I wake up, I find that no charging has happenned AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGHH !!!!!
Why MUST OVO need to control my CAR as well as the CHARGER ????
SO many times when you do that, you screw-up the charging schedule!!
Why can’t you just control the car charging (My BMW APP)?
Am I just a numpty...??? … or is it that OVO Charge anytime doe NOT work well all the time?
