The address my isp uses for sending emails is not the one I use on my chargeanytime account. Will this cause a problem getting their attention? I know some companies only respond to queries coming from the email account registered with them.
Do I need to email the Charge Anytime team from the same email as my Charge Anytime account?

When contacting OVO via hello@ovoenergy.com or Charge Anytime via chargeanytime@ovo.com we strongly recommend that you use the same email address that you use for your OVO account, as everything is linked under the same customer identity. If you email from a different email address you may then be sent an email advising that OVO couldn’t link your query to an account through our Data Protection process. They responded to my email from my different account so using an email that is different from your login doesn’t seem to be an issue.
