Charge Anytime not scheduling charging sessions with Hypervolt Pro 3 charger + Tesla
Hi. Has anyone ever got any response from the OVO Charge Anytime team?? I raised a ticket ages ago
Failed to charge
It is very frustrating when you expect your car to be ready with a full battery in the morning only to find out that all night
OVO CHARGE ANYTIME DID NOT SCHEDULE ANY SESSION. AAAAARRRRHHHHHHH. A very regular occurrence.
Am I the only one ?

Try calling 0330 175 9678 in the morning - that team can chase this up for you.
I’ve not had any real problems contacting them although, like most help desks, they can be a bit like the Curate’s egg.
Can you give us a little more information as I was not aware chargeanytime would schedule charges. On my Kaluza app I schedule charges and Kaluza fits itself into that schedule. It apparently can charge with no schedule set, but I’ve only seen it do it when solar charging.
Some people have had problems where several apps were present or charging set on the car and on an app.
Hi I have 3 Apps for this to work.God know why I need 3 !!!
The Charganytime App: This controls everything.This app controls and provide all charging schedules. This app will override all the other apps.I have no control of this app at all. All I can set is my ready by time and battery capacity. Which I have set as 0700 .I plug in the car after work and expect a full battery in the morning.
The Hypervolt Pro3 EV app. This is ready to charge but cannot deliver any charge because the no session have been scheduled by the charge anytime app . I don’t any any schedules set on this at just unlock and plug into car.
Tesla App : Again I have not set any schedule at all on this app. I plug in after work and most mornings car not charged because the OVO did not schedule any charging session.

as I write this is the greenest time according to the OVO website. So why is there no charging sessions available.

Just to update you all good people. I finally made contact with the Charge Anytime time team.
I was instructed to delete/unlink my EV charger from the Charge Anytime App then relink it again.
I can confirm as I type the car is finally charging.
We agreed to try this tonight then email an update in the morning. So far so good.

Tesla Model Y, Hypervolt 3 Pro. Plugged car in this morning and the planning your next charge message is not updating. Not had this issue previously but the car did have a software update earlier in the week and first Anytime charge since. Fingers crossed it will charge by 7am as usual but has anyone else had this issue?

Chances are you’ll possibly need to reconnect, but I’d say chat with the Charge Anytime team first via 0330 175 9678 Option 2 as they might have a fix. :)
