Ive been using the Charge Anytime app with Podpoint/Audi Q4 Etron successfully for the past month with no issues. Last 4 days the car is charging immediately or not responding to the Charge Anytime schedule (ie not charging) and Im getting NO savings.   What has changed??  Its literally a month (22 March) since I installed and stopped working 22 April?

Hi @Soo P ,

This sounds like a good one for smarthome@ovoenergy.com as they can check logs and other data. :)

It could be the Podpoint charger, in the last few weeks the have been updated to ‘smart’ software with a schedule on the podpoint app. try changing it to Manual on your app. If you go to the at home page on your app there is a slide bar to toggle between Smart & Manual

Thanks I will try that later,  although Ive removed all options of scheduling on both the Podpoint and the Audi App and rely solely on the Charge Anytime schedule which has been fine up to now.   Car charged automatically when plugged in yesterday yet Anytime said the car was unplugged, but when it stopped charging, the Anytime App was suddenly on standby and car was “plugged in” ready to charge - no savings though??

Check the podpoint app is up to date too Ive just looked & there was an update yesterday

Thanks .. yes Ive just updated it.  I will see what happens later tonight when I plug the car in again!
