I got id4 last June & haven't had any problems with charging. I swapped my supplier to ovo to take advantage of charge anytime & since every time I use a public charger I think the app is cancelling the charge. The car is currently plugged in a public charged over 2 hours away from my house & won't charge. When I open the charge anytime app it says charging but it won't start until after 22.00,has anyone had this problem?

As part of the new Charge Anytime plans, you receive a public charging voucher. When you’ve signed up to your monthly plan, your public charging voucher will be automatically applied to your public charging wallet in OVO Charge. You can use the voucher credit as soon as your monthly plan is live. There are no limitations on how much voucher credit you can use per month. Your voucher credit amount will renew each year on the date you signed up to your monthly plan.

For more information on how this aspect of the plan works check out the FAQs here.

As far as I’m aware, charge anytime is only for use via your home charger, not via public charging
