I have a BMW X1 PHEV and an Octopus/ EO charger.

The car will charge fine using the in car schedule, but won't charge using the charge anytime app. It starts to charge, but stops and then fails to restart in the time period.

Can you help me to resolve this as I am unable to use the low rate charging

Hi @Janecolin44 ,

Did you definitely disable ALL schedules in the EV and BMW app? You must only set them in the Charge Anytime app to avoid conflicts.

If that fails to help, try 0330 175 9678 during the week so the team can dig the logs.

I had a similar problem charging my Hyundai Kona EV.

I originally set it up to charge by reference to the vehicle as opposed to one of the recommended chargers.
It was never satisfactory so I purchased an Indra charger and it charges perfectly now with Charge Anytime.

i was told that my Kona was subject to beta testing so the issues had not been worked through.

I just wanted to add a few extra helpful topics:
