Can someone advise me about how to get an Economy 7/10 meter?

I’m aware of a technical limitation with OVO’s billing platform which may prevent a move from a single rate tariff to a two rate, Economy 7 tariff. If this wasn’t a thing we’d love to change the fixed tariff into a two rate plan without any issues or exit fees. Whilst this billing platform limitation is going to be fixed soon, we don’t have a specific time frame to offer. So if you do go ahead with the storage heater change, OVO will be able to allow you to find a better two rate tariff elsewhere without any exit fees.
