Yup! :D
I’m in.
You can try it anyway. There’s no penalty if you fail to meet the goals - you just don’t get the reward. :)
I believe they’ll vary, but it could be around £3/kWh to begin with - though the DFS Provider you use will take a small cut of that.

Very odd, I have not had this email, please could someone post it to me by email from OVO.
Sorry! But it has to come direct from OVO because they’re unique to each customer.
Even if I sent mine to you, it won’t work for you.
I have been a bit quick there is a link on this page, apologies.

I am signed up, it may be an OVO error as I am charged as a
dual meter customer but both rates are the same on my bill.
So their computer has been loaded as a dual rate customer although the billing ignores it.
I do not wish to be a dual customer anyway as it is not suitable for my usage.
Thank you for the thought, it made me think.
Up to you. You don't have to use OVO to take part in the Demand Flexibility Scheme. You can only sign up to one Demand Flexibility Scheme.
The OVO version of the Demand Flexibility scheme isn't particularly generous.
OVO keep 20% of the money that you could earn.
Uswitch give you 100%.
You don't have to switch suppliers. You simply sign up to the uswitch scheme rather than power move plus.

If the money is important it is worth looking at the uswitch version.
Thanks Jeffus,
been with OVO 4 years now mostly fine, had some teething problems at first but now OK. Meter complies and I used an Indra Pro charger. With Charge anytime it seems good now the price has been dropped to 7p kWh to match the opposition.
I have 24 0.375 solar panels and 2 batteries in total holding 17.75 kw and heating is by a Grant air source heat pump with wet underfloor heating. House is only 5 years old built from scratch EPC A.
Run an electric car but still a petrol head with a 1962 Bristol 407 5.2 litre and a 1987 Mercedes 300SL. Wife has a 15 year old Daihatsu Terios 1,5 owned from new done 35,000 miles!
Like this forum so much help, good contact with OVO will follow up today about the Demand Flexibility Scheme. Sounds OK for winter but summer run most things during the day by Solar power.
Thanks again, Nick
