When will I be able to check my bill online it's been waiting over three years for the new website and app.

No idea what system it was on. I do know that it makes it very hard to budget my electricity costs and as I am pensioner (71) I really would like to be able to monitor my bills. I do get a bill every month and have a smart meter but the smart meter isnt really accurate with the bill I recieve through email ( sometimes I dont get a bill through email at all) and the emailed bill is often estimated.
I have contacted you before about this but dispite promises and reassurance nothing has been done.
Can you let me know when I can access my bill useage online. I think 3years plus is long enough to wait.
