Hi @Brianab ,

What were you looking to do?

If you wanted to Register: https://www.ovoenergy.com/help/article/priority-services-register lists all the details (and the methods!) and the online form is at https://www.ovoenergy.com/register-for-priority-services

If you want to Update or Check your PSR details: Please talk to the Support Team via https://ovoenergy.com/help

If you want to De-Register: Not Recommended. But if you wish to do so, let OVO Support know.

Or was it something else?

I am already registered with the register.

I have lost the contact details.

I did have the email address and thephone number, does anyone know what these are?

Thank you,

Got it! Thanks for confirming.

In that case, it’s the following:

Phone: 0330 303 5063

Live Chat: https://ovoenergy.com/help

Email: hello@ovoenergy.com

Post: OVO Energy Services, PO Box 5280, Worthing, BN11 9RG

These might look like the “Regular” contact options, which is because they are. However, once you get through the security questions, any account flags such as PSR will be detected and you’ll be automatically redirected to the team you’re looking for. The idea is to make it simple so that the same contact info works for as many possible combinations as OVO can think of, and have the system send automatically you the right way in the background.

In your case, you’d be automatically routed straight to the PSR Team who’d help you with your query from there.

I was previously registered with SSE, this explains why I was not given new contact details by OVO.

Thanks for that.

Brian

Yup, that’s right.

The SSE Careline used to be a dedicated number. OVO didn’t have anything like this when the SSE to OVO Migration initially kicked off, but this fancy new method (which has just recently launched!) basically does the same thing with the added advantage that it keeps everything to a single One-Stop Shop style setup that covers more bases. Feel free to have a chat with the team and they’ll be happy to tell you more about what they can do as well as make sure everything is set up just the way you like it.
