Pay Monthly customer, seem to have been put back on pre-payment.

Our display is saying that we are in pre-payment, after being on pay monthly. We are using emergency credit. Is this a display or connection fault? Unable to phone or chat with customer service.

You should be able to get hold of support via a private message either on Facebook Messenger (on the web, you may see the blue Messenger button at the foot of this page) or on X (@OVOEnergy (twitter.com)). I see they’re responding within an hour or two at the moment.

Thanks. I went to the Boost site, chatted to someone there. They gave me a top up card code, so did that. I'll get back on pay monthly tomorrow. Didn't want us to go off supply.
