Hi there,

My online account has stopped updating itself and my last useage data was on the 24th (Last meter reading on the 25th)

I’ve checked my meter from time to time and the WAN light has been flashing away indicating a connection. It’s been fine for months and transmitting everyday and just suddently stopped updating.

Are there any known isues going on?

Hi OVO 

is there a reason why my OVO app has stopped working since the 4th March 2024 I am unable to see how much gas and electric am using. I also don’t have a working in home display which was reported last year October and was told there is a supply issues and will be getting one sent out soon. Any update on this please
