I just received a legit looking email with my account number on it telling me my old meter needs to be replaced before June 25. I tried to ring a number to get it replaced and the phone ring was silent, then sounded like the phone being fumbled then speaking like just getting out of bed...kept saying hello hello can you hear me even though it was clear as a bell. I googled the number and it comes up blank. 03330341622
