Why does my energy usage not appear in the app some days, sometimes it's 3 or more days behind. Today again the usage for gas and electricity aren't showing. 

Get fed up keeping phoning up up about it. Years ago at my old house the usuage for the previous day for gas and electricity was in the app first thing in the morning. What's going on now?? 🤷 

There are a few possible reasons @LSdevon , depending on the state of your smart meter. The connection to the central data centre (DCC) might have an issue but there might be other reasons too.

Gas is often delayed due to the conversion required from cubic meters to kWh
