So I have a friend who is an OVO customer the only difference is she pays DD and I pay as you go,
But she seems to get loads of extra Benefits
ie.. early access to ovo events, elec blankets and other offers just wondering if i'm in not entitled to the same due to being a payg customer??,

ALL OVO Customers should have access to those benefits - it’s only the OVO Beyond stuff that IIRC you can’t get on PAYG.
For OVO Live, you should just be able to sign up via https://ovo-live.com/ and get those going. If you need your account number, let OVO Support know and they’ll grab it for you.
As for the electric blankets, that comes under OVO Extra Support. ALL OVO Customers are eligible for this regardless of payment method. As long as you’re on-supply with OVO, you can apply via https://customer-support-package.ovoenergy.com/ . I can’t 100% promise what you’ll get as it’s all case by case stuff, but the tool will offer you whatever it identifies as being appropriate.
