Why won't the application for accept my account number and postcode code to register
Do you have a PAYG (prepayment) account and meter?
Prepayment customers only have the PAYG app.

If you are a prepayment customer then you do not have an account that you can access in a browser or in the ‘OVO Everyday/Beyond’ app.

Just to double check, are you referring to the OVO Support Package link here? Which can also be found via the following article:
Can I just double check that you’ve got an active account set up with us and you’re inputting this correctly? Making sure to remove any spaces before your account number and postcode.
If this isnt he application you’re talking about, would you mind providing us with some more information so we can try and point you in the right direction?
