Just so we can be sure what you are having issues with, do you mean the smart meter that is attached to your wall or your in-home display?

If you don’t have any supply at the moment please contact our Support Team who can arrange an engineer visit.

@Kellyrose I get the feeling you’re not going to return. But if you do, please help us to help you by providing the requested information:

  • A few photos of the Smart Meter AND your IHD
  • More details on exactly what the issue is - “My Smart Meter not working” doesn’t tell us much - how is it not working exactly?

IHDs are generally powered from the wall, please make sure it’s plugged in as they don’t all have batteries. Of those that do, the battery is only intended for short periods and shouldn’t be relied on as the primary power source.
