We’ve been running a prize draw for customers who upgrade their traditional meter to a new smart meter. The prize draw is ongoing, so if you upgrade your Traditional Meter to a new Smart Meter you could win free energy for a year.
Every month, 1 winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries in accordance with the terms.
About the prize draw
The prize draw happens monthly, and is free to enter. Customers who replace their traditional meter with a smart meter, could win free energy for a year - that’s £2,074 in energy credit. The value is based on the Ofgem price cap set for 1 July 2023, for more on this see full terms here.
You'll be automatically entered into the prize draw the month after your smart meter install. So for example, if your smart meter was installed in February you’d be entered into March’s draw.
If you’re a winner, the credit will be automatically added to either your electricity or gas account. If you’re a dual fuel customer you’ll only receive the credit once, even if you’ve got separate smart meters installed for each fuel. The credit will be added within 30 days of the draw, and will be shown separately on your next bill.
