I topped up my meter on the ova app this morning and my credit was £18 and pennies.  I came home at 5.30PM and it is saying I have a zero balance and need to activate my emergency credit.  HELP. I cannot afford to keep adding money to this

Really sorry to hear this,

 

Are you traditional or on a smart meter? Could it be that you have a debt balance you need to pay off? For example if you’ve been given discretionary credit in the past or if you were put in a non-disconnect mode. Or it could be a build up of standing charges.

 

We don’t have access to customer accounts on the Forum but the pay as you go team will be able to assist you further.
