I recently had an electric smart meter installed.(KAIFA)
My old meter used to display my balance.
How do I find my balance on the new smart meter?

Assuming you mean on the meter rather than the IHD … The only thing I can find on this
“Kaifa. If the meter screen is off, press either button once to wake it up. Press and hold the up button, if you have a pin you will need to enter it, otherwise press and hold the up button again. When the screen changes, continue to press the up button until you see “ECR Balance”.

I think that may be a smart meter in PAYG mode, have you used all the emergency credit and run out completely?
The displayed message saying - “Sum of Meter Balance and Emergency CRedit below disabled threshold” - appears to say that is what has happened.
(Also known, perhaps unhelpfully, as a “self-disconection”).
If you are struggling to top up for whatever reason then there are options available.
