Problem with new account in OVO Arena Wembley App

I signed up today in the OVO ARENA Wembley app, to receive tickets from Ticketmaster, but when I press "Access your tickets" or "Forgot Password?", I get the message "Sorry, Something Went Wrong". I am an Italian user and my email domain is "tiscali.it". I cannot use a different email because I have to use the same one previously used on TicketMaster. What can I do? Thank you
