Where's OVO contact details?

Why is there no contact OVO email address on MyOVO home page or any where else on the site
Does OVO not wish to be bothered by customers? If not please say. Then I can help by moving to another supplier.
Have noticed others on forum are having same problem. Can anyone suggest a supplier who likes to hear from customers?

Yes I was wondering that too. It is costly to call companies and wait on the line while they play music.

Actually @geobow, OVO has a superb Customer Support Dept based in Bristol. They often gain accolades in the press for their helpful service.

I dont know where ninja has been calling it must be a diffenrt office to the one i,m calling please hang on oh just a minute ten minutes later on a mobile ill have to put you through to the complaints department . No call me back I,m still waiting 24 hours later .so can you tell me where your calling please

I’ve had a text from OVO to say they’ve sent me an important email about adjusting  my monthly payment. The thing is, I can find no sign of an email from you. I’ve tried the ‘Forgotten  Password’ option and not received a reminder which would suggest that whatever email you have for me is not one that I use. Where do I go from here?

Ok, issue resolved. Apparently OVO had the email address that I’d used on the uSwitch site, which deliberately junks everything it receives. Lucky I have my own mail server and was able to look at the logs or goodness knows how this would have been resolved. No wonder I’ve not received any statements. I just hope that the meter readings aren’t too far out.
