  1. Had smart meters fitted 30 September however account shows only 3 smart meter readings and asks me to input meter readings why !! How often should my account show meter reading,  my account shows a reducing balance from my credit , also when I followed online advice it asked for meter serial numbers when I put them in if stated meters were working correctly years ago my first generation meters updated all the time thought newer meters would be the same

Sounds like your meters might be set to Monthly mode. Try asking OVO to set them to Half-Hourly or Daily mode - or use the app/MyOVO - and wait a few days. That usually helps.


Hi just checked no set to half hourly , changed it to daily then back to half hourly will wait and see thank you for your reply

Electric meter has been smart read but still requesting gas meter readings 


Gas may take a few days for that to go through. Try giving it more time.
