We are changing our car and therefore will be removing our Ovo V2G charger. Who do we contact at Ova (I’ve not had a response from the smarthome email address) and do we have to give notice before removing? Do you know do you know if the original Ovo installer submitted a G99 application to the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) prior to installation?

It'd be smarthome@ovoenergy.com for V2G or 0330 102 7423. We would have done a DNO application yes. 😊
