My anytime charge has failed for three nights. I’ve only just had the equipment installed and it hasn’t to the best of my knowledge ever worked. 
 

The services are connecting though as when I select urgent charge in the ovo app it successfully starts, communicating with Hypervolt charger.

 

has anyone seen similar behaviour please?

That doesn’t sound right. Can you check with the Charge Anytime team please? 0330 175 9678 Option 2 and they’ll get on the case for you.
