There could be a delay with your Charge Anytime credit


If you have Charge Anytime with OVO through your smart EV charger, there might be a delay with your Charge Anytime credit for February. This is because of an issue caused by the recent changes to the energy price cap. You’ll be able to see your Charge Anytime credit in your account by 8th March.

Has anyone been having issues with their home home pro charger saying it's not connecting? Also has anyone not yet recieved their charge anytime credit for February yet?
