Hi All,

I am a newbie to the EV world. I did my first charge last night via the anytime app. However when I have looked this morning my anytime app is saying 12.1kw and smart charge is showing £1.69 however my Hypervolt is showing 48.20kwh charging and a cost of £7.04.

has anyone seen stuff like this and what can they advise as I don’t want to be paying the full price and not get the 7p per kWh

On closer inspection the Hypervolt is showing the total  kWh and cost for Saturday night and into Saturday morning whereas the OVO anytime app is only showing the part of the charge that took place on the Sunday morning and the bit that took place on Saturday night. Is this normal?

Hi @thekernal69 ,

You might want to get the Charge Anytime team to take a closer look at that. Give them a call in the morning on 0330 175 9678 and they can see what’s happening.

Hope this helps!
