I have not received an end of month email to let me know if I made it this month. I had one halfway through saying how well I was doing at just over 10% nothing showing on my bill ???

Me neither… My midway report was touch and go too… 4pm - 7pm was so much easier to achieve than 6pm - 9pm but I’ve made them all so far, up until this one, whenever it comes!


Nor me either!


Getting a bit sloppy with emails. Recent email to report my SEG meter reading had invalid link. Had to join the queue to phone in. Following day had a reissue of the email with correct link. Not difficult to get this critical interfaces with the customer right first time!


@Jackie Chapman I haven't received mine either, but if you open your app and go to Bills then click on See charges and payments it should already been added to your June bill.


Well l got an email to say l didn’t make my target. but is quite difficult at times when you working funny hours not long ones. and you might want a cuppa or something. so why should you wait longer time for that.


No email but the £10 for May is there on my bill to date page. 

 

 


My situation was different, no mid month email but an end of month email to say that because my smart meter was not reporting data, I would not get it.

This did not impress me as I told them on the 5th May that I could not see any readings, they told me to wait a month. I waited a month and then nagged, have now got a response to the effect that an engineer will come next week to investigate. Then I get the email to say I won’t get the smart move credit. Plus emails inviting me to participate in the smart move plus events!

it would appear that the left hand and right hand do not communicate.

We’re sorry you’ve not yet had your end of target emails for this month. I reached out to the Power Move team to check when these will come out, as I know it’s more helpful to know what you achieved than just the £ amount shown on the bill.

 

They’ve confirmed they’re working on these at the moment and emails will be sent out soon, everyone should have their email by tomorrow evening at the latest.


I just got my Power Move result email at 09:57 this morning.

So they are being sent out today.
